This large detached house is positioned at the end of a country lane and the nearest neighbours are about 1km away. The beautiful Normandy beaches and landing sites are close by and there are loads of local attractions to keep you entertained. The house is available all year round with heating, a wood burning fire and good quilts and this is a wonderful area for a long holiday or a short break.

The house has a large and newly refitted kitchen/dining room with china, glasses and cutlery etc for 10 people. A new cooker and fridge freezer are great for big family meals. There is a small dining table by the french windows leading into the garden ...............
.........................and a large dining room adjoining for long leisurely meals. 
The sitting room has a wood burning stove (wood provided), a comfortable suite, a television (not sky) and a DVD player, so please feel free to take along your favourite films and relax with a bottle of wine in front of the fire. A utility room with a washing machine and a shower room with a toilet complete the ground floor. 
Upstairs there is a bathroom with a bath, an enormous bedroom with 3 single beds and a cot, a double room and a twin room. The rooms are very light and airy but beware because some floors have got original beams running across them! All the bedrooms will be ready for you when you arrive. The mattresses are comfortable and the quilts are good and warm. There are blankets in every room for those cold nights and extra pillows. The rooms have low level windows with shutters so please ensure that your children are safe at all times. 
The garden at Le Manchion is ideal for long hot summer afternoons or playing a quick game of football. It has a patio area formed from the stone floor of the old apple barn, lots of trees for shade and plenty of grass for just lying on and relaxing. If you don't like sitting around or enjoy pottering in the garden, then please feel free to use the tools in the utility room to remove the odd weed or trim back some wayward plant!
